I discovered a delightful establishment tucked away on Via Roma that exceeded my expectations in every regard. This gem not only offered a warm welcome, but also featured a charming bar area, perfect for enjoying a pre-dinner aperitivo. The restaurant's commitment to authenticity was evident in its Tirolian-style dining room, where locally sourced dishes were served with expertly paired wines. I indulged in exquisite venison and risotto that showcased the region's culinary heritage. After a long day of hiking, the peaceful atmosphere allowed for a leisurely dining experience, and the attentive staff even adjusted our seating to ensure we were comfortable.
